Abstract
Police work is a most dangerous, challenging and stressful job comparison to other organization. Stress is a very important factor, affected employees physical and mental health. Job stress is a degree of dissatisfaction and unhappy felling on their job. The purpose of this research is to identify the consequences of job stress among police officers. Among police officers, job stress consequences are employees’ aggression, anxiety, depression, absenteeism, health problems, premature death, family relationship, job burnout, job turnover, substance abuse, job dissatisfaction, and low job performance. All variables are associated with job stress.
