Abstract
The present paper explains about the important services of CSIR-NISCAIR (National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources). NISCAIR is significant body of the Government of India which is well known for science and technology. It is serving the patrons, researchers, scholars, inventors, editors, students, teachers, science planners, scientists and academicians. It has established co-operations and MoUs with national and international bodies for the exchange of information, procurement of documents and online resources. It has well equipped ICT Infrastructure, well qualified staff s, laborites and digital library (National Science Library). Presently it is disseminating translation service, consultancy service, library’s advancement service, inter library loan service, accesses to e-resources, biblometric service, book exhibition service, reader’s service, literature search service, printing & production service, ISSN service and photocopy service.
