The main aim of the present study is to explore the existing literature on the climate change and its impacts on the ski tourism destinations. The data has been collected from the secondary sources. The impacts of climate change on ski tourism are likely to portray themselves in a number of different ways according to local conditions. Many of these impacts will develop indirectly through increased stresses placed on environmental systems. Winter tourism may also be affected, as skiing destinations experience less snowfall and shorter skiing seasons. These impacts will be especially pronounced in the lower-lying ski resorts. The study suggested the measures to overcome the challenges raised by the phenomenon of climate change. It has been concluded that the Climate change poses a serious threat to the highly snow-dependent ski tourism industry and the potential impacts of climate change on ski areas are explored and suggested to the Tourism managers to think and try to consider the serious impacts on Ski tourism destination in order to develop and enhancing the sustainable Tourism Growth at Ski Tourism Destinations.
