Abstract
The present study has been taken to explore the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) best resource and services and its impact in independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) libraries uses. The study was performed in the media of a questionnaire survey of IUB library users and they are helping persons. The paper also ascertain the satisfaction of users regarding internet service, exercise to OPAC and barriers faced by the users in using ICT in their own libraries. A good number of users propose to collect update ICT resources and provide users orientation programs.
